Job Description
Dentist (DDS or DMD) needed for emergency Fill-In request in the Raleigh, NC area. Dates needed are Tuesday, May 29 and Wednesday, May 30, 2012, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Scope of duties requires Hygiene Checks only.
Requirements:
*** Must be a graduate of an accredited US Dental Program
*** Must hold a North Carolina Dental License and be in good standing
*** Must have a minimum of one year of working experience
*** Must have Professional Liability coverage and current DEA#
